Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. To cancel, email info@trendyleatherjackets.com with your order number and “ORDER CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
Cancellations received within 24 hours will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Cancellations After 24 Hours
Once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of order placement), we are unable to cancel your order as materials have been cut and allocated specifically for your jacket.
If you contact us after 24 hours, we will advise you on whether production has started. If it has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate the cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellations After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you no longer want the item after dispatch, please wait to receive it and initiate a return under our Return & Refund Policy (Section 3), if eligible.
4. Order Modifications
Requests to modify an order (size, style, shipping address) must be submitted within 24 hours of placement. After this window, modifications cannot be guaranteed as production may have already started.
To request a modification, email info@trendyleatherjackets.com with your order number and “ORDER MODIFICATION” in the subject line.
5. Cancellations by Trendy Leather Jackets
Trendyjackets LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues. A full refund will be issued immediately in such cases, and you will be notified by email.
