Return and Refunds Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from https://trendyleatherjackets.com and is issued by Trendyjackets LLC.

1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, style preference, or any other non-defect related reasons. Before dispatching your order a complete photoshoot/videos of your order are shared with you alongside your Tracking ID,.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

For the purposes of this Policy, “Delivery” refers to the date the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@trendyleatherjackets.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

3. Refund/Exchange Processing

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product and is required to use a trackable shipping method.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • If applied for a refund, the order will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • If applied for an exchange, the approved exchange items will be delivered to your address within 14 business days.

4. Order Cancellation

The buyer can be facilitated with a complete refund if they cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it.
