Important Shipping Information
- Accurate Shipping Details: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. Trendy Leather Jackets is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Shipping Carriers: We utilize reliable carriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Order Confirmation: Once you have placed the order and the payment is cleared, you will receive an order confirmation email alongside your order receipt.
- Order Tracking: After your order has been processed and ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a complete photoshoot and videos of your order alongside your Tracking ID, which you can use to Track Your Order.
- Abandoned Shipments: If a customer refuses delivery, refuses to pick up their parcel, or provides an incorrect shipping address and the item is abandoned, destroyed, or misplaced because of negligence, or returned to sender, the customer is held liable and a replacement will not be sent. Customer may be liable if charges are incurred for the returned parcel or to re-ship the parcel to the customer.
- Order Modification: Modification in the delivery address will increase delivery time as the parcel might have to be rerouted.
